We are happy to answer any of your questions about our home repair, home maintenance, or remodeling services. Here are answer to the most commonly asked questions.

 

How do I prepare for your handyman services?  What if I don’t have any tools?
Just relax and let us do the work. Our employees will come with all of the tools, equipment and some standard materials to do many jobs. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have and we are more than happy to answer. If there are any areas that may have fragile or personal items that may need to be moved please let us know so we can take extra precautions for you.

 

  • Who provides the materials for my job? 

We work with several reputable suppliers of materials to get you the best quality at the lowest possible price. We want to make sure that any work being performed is done so with the best materials possible. If you have any preferences regarding particular materials please let us know. We can most likely get the same materials at a better price. 

 

  • What if I think of something last minute can I add it on?

Depending on our current schedule, we may be able to accomodate your request while performing the initial service requested, but if extra materials or more labor are needed we are more than happy to assist you in scheduling a follow-up visit.

 

  • Do I need to be home for the service?

If this is your first appointment, we would recommend being there at the beginning and commencement of the project, however we understand your time is important, and we are always happy to accomodate should you be unable to be present.

 

  • What if I need an estimate for my project?

Please call us or use our contact page to send an e-mail to us. We may be able to give you an estimate for small repairs over the phone, but usually for larger projects, we will most likely schedule a time to give you an estimate. Please remember, estimates are always free of charge.

 

  • What do you charge for your emergency response service?

Since each and every issue is unique, its impossible to say for certain what your specific cost will be, but we may be able to give you a base estimate over the phone, but keep in mind that all situations are different and we cannot guarantee phone estimates will be accurate however once we are onsite, and have a better understanding of what the issue is, then we will be able to give you an accurate estimate of charges.

*Please remember that there is a flat rate trip charge of $89.00 for any after hours emergency travel.

 

  • How do I pay for your services?

You can either pay by check, money order or cash. You will be given a receipt for any payment made. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. 

 

  • Can I trust the service personel in my home or office?

We know that trust is a major factor when you have someone coming into your home or business. All of our employees have undergone background checks and are drug screened. We are glad to provide references and encourage you to check us out at the Better Business Bureau.

 

  • Do you work weekends and evenings?

We make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs, especially in the case of emergency repairs. We understand that issues arise, and things happen that are uncontrollable, so if weekend or evenings are required to finish the repair or job, we are more than happy to do it.
